Mother and Baby Yoga

New 5 week mother and baby yoga course starts Friday 24th February 2023
10:30-11:30am, £40 // NOW FULL
at Trybe Hot Yoga Studio, Penwortham, Preston

Credit/debit cards accepted.

We will practice in person unless there are changes to the restrictions put in place. In which case, live classes will continue online.

At the start of each live class you will have the opportunity to chat with other mums. This will give you the chance to connect with each other, share updates and feel the sense that we’re practicing together.

Benefits of postnatal yoga

Taking some time together doing yoga with your baby has a range of benefits.

For mum it helps to:

  • Aid postnatal recovery

  • Re-gain strength in the pelvic floor and abdominals

  • Reduces stress and anxiety

  • Re-introduces some gentle exercise postnatally

  • Chat with other mums to share your experiences.

For baby it helps to:

  • Enhance babies development

  • Provide relief from common ailments such as colic, constipation and trapped wind

  • Encourage restful sleep.
