Adolescence can be a fun, exciting time, when we gain more freedom and  independence, but it can also bring challenges as we have to learn to juggle the extra demands of school, friendships and changing bodies. 

Yoga provides us with some wonderful tools to help manage stress, big emotions and the physical and emotional changes we face during our teenage years. 

Join Sarah for this 5 week Teen Yoga course where we will learn calming breathing practices; move our bodies gently and kindly through postures that will help to ease out tension, help improve concentration and build strength and flexibility; and enjoy guided relaxation to encourage our busy minds to switch off and rest. 

Sarah has over 20 years experience educating children and young people. She is a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance Yoga Therapist for Children and Young People. Currently training as a psychologist, Sarah combines her scientific knowledge with yogic philosophy to offer a playful, nourishing and empowering yoga classes.
