Breathe Education offers a variety of courses in yoga and mindfulness to help support the mental and physical wellbeing of teachers, staff and students at both primary and secondary levels.
I have been teaching in secondary schools both in the UK and Australia for over 20 years – about the same length of time I’ve also been practising yoga. During this time I have noticed that workload, stress and pressure amongst teachers seems to be ever-increasing. Coinciding with this are rising numbers of young people experiencing anxiety and other symptoms of poor mental health.
My mission is to share the tools to encourage healthy, happy lifestyles for our children and young people and those who educate them.
